Prices and cancellation policies

Children up to 12 years, € 15,00.

Small pets are allowed. There is a supplement of 10,00 € each pet for final cleaning.

Tourist taxes are excluded from the rates and amount to €2.50 per person/night for the Municipality of Parma from 1 January 2025.

The penalty varies based on the time of cancellation and the length of stay.

Standard Term (all stays): From the time of booking until 30 days before arrival, no penalty will be retained.

For short stays of 1 to 3 days, at least 7 days’ notice is required; otherwise, the penalty will be 100% of the booking amount.

For medium and long stays (4 days or more):

From 30 to 15 days before arrival, the penalty will be 25% of the total amount of the entire stay.

From 14 to 7 days before arrival, the penalty will be 50% of the total amount of the entire stay.

From 6 to 1 day before arrival, the penalty will be 75% of the total amount of the entire stay.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the penalty will be 100% of the total amount of the entire stay.
